"Sympathetic, professional and efficient"

I recently had another visit to the dermatology unit at Stirling Community Hospital. After the usual cheery greeting from Kenny on reception, I had a procedure done to take some tissue from behind my ear for subsequent analysis. Not exactly a fun day out, but Rose, Iona and Jessica did a great job of carrying out the scary wee procedure in a very sympathetic, professional and efficient manner. We managed to have a wee laugh or two along the way. Thank you.  If you ever want a wee bit cut off your head, you know where to go!
