"I was treated with courtesy, friendliness and efficiency"

I visited Queen Margaret Hospital in Fife for a planned colonoscopy procedure.

I was met by Gwen at reception who was very pleasant and from that point on I was treated with courtesy, friendliness and efficiency from all staff from non-nursing staff to nurses and doctors.

I was well informed at all stages of the procedure and felt confident that I was in good hands. Waiting time at every step my visit was minimal and there was no point when I had any doubts about what was happening next.

The whole process ran smoothly thanks to the friendly, efficient staff that took care of me. Should any friends or family require medical treatment  I'd have no hesitation in recommending Queen Margaret Hospital..
