"My daily pain, living with chronic pain"

About: Mental Health Community Services / Pain Management Program

(as the patient),

I’ve lived with chronic pain for a number years, and I was put onto the Pain Management program. The 1st one can be very scary. But having it over zoom was a lot more comfortable, it was reassuring having other people there going though the same day to day pains, knowing you aren’t on your own.

All of the people that ran the program were so so welcoming, I couldn’t say to change anything about this course because everything about it ran off each other, all off it you could connect to, I’ve taken away several amount of things from learning in the course to be able to use in my day to day life.

I appreciate being able to have been part of this course.

Thankyou very much for your lovely feedback. We are delighted you enjoyed the PmP and that you felt you could connect to each weeks topics. Thats great that you have been able to take away several things from the course and use it in your everyday life.

Thankyou for sharing that you found the first week scary as Im sure many others do too. We are so glad you continued on with the course and got so much out of it.

I will certainly let all the staff involved know that you found them very welcoming.

Thankyou again for taking the time to provide this feedback.

Take care, Donna
