"Excellent service"

I recently saw a lovely Consultant Dermatologist in Braid Valley - I can’t remember her name but she was absolutely excellent at listening to my concerns, taking a history, examining me and coming up with a treatment plan.  She was incredibly thorough and professional and clearly extremely knowledgeable. As a healthcare worker myself, we sometimes only hear the negatives so I wanted to take the time to talk about my positive experience and to express my gratitude.
