"No reply to the Appointments/Booking Office"

Holding on the appointments / booking office number at the Ulster Hospital  for currently 35 minutes - your call is in a queue, all our agents are busy; please continue to hold; we are experiencing a high volume of calls.  Highly inappropriate to have to wait to find out how long we have to wait to be seen!
