"Very impressed with how I was treated"

I was very anxious as had been referred on a 2 week wait due to my dentist finding a lesion in my mouth. I woke early on the appointment day with a migraine and felt very unwell.

Managed to get to my appointment and sat and waited in the waiting area. Was called quite quickly and the doctor and nurse were lovely. They introduced themselves and asked how I was, i explained I felt unwell with a migraine and they were kind, caring and supportive, advised that I could reschedule and also told me to let them know at any time if I needed anything. I said that it was probably brought on by anxiety and that rescheduling would probably make me worse. 

I laid down and then immediately thought I was going to be sick, the nurse fetched a vomit bowl and I was sick. They were very understanding and after rinsing my mouth we were able to carry on. They were very reassuring and explained everything.

I was then told there was no rush to leave the department if I needed to sort myself out before feeling up to going home. Very impressed with how I was treated and wish I had been a bit more with it to remember their names so that my thanks could be passed on.
