After being diagnosed with chronic heart failure I was referred to the Cardio Rehab team based in Lynnbank, Dunfermline.
I was asked to attend one of their rehab programs and I have to say it was one of the better decisions I have made by attending.
I was pretty low (and to be honest a bit scared) and worried about the prognosis.
Attending the classes (lead by Rosie and the nurses) let me see that I was still able and capable of achieving many of the things that I want to!!
I would wholeheartedly like to thank the whole team for their efforts with me and for listening to my many rants during the process :-)
