Last summer we moved GP Practice to Newfield Medical Practice based at The Crescent, Whitfield Dundee.  As someone who rarely requires GP care, when I did, my experience at my previous practice was challenging at times when trying to access GP care.  My experiences with Newfield Medical Practice have been night and day - it has been so positive on the three occasions I have reached out for my children. The service I received was so efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful every step of the way.  The whole experience was yet again easy and seamless in accessing advice and speaking to a GP. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about the efficiency, accessibility and friendliness you have experienced at Newfield Medical Practice. Feedback is very valuable to all areas of the NHS, and I'm sure the practice staff will be delighted to hear that your family's experience there has been positive.

Unfortunately, at this time, GP practices are not part of Care Opinion in Scotland, as each practice is an independent business. We would however recommend that you feedback your experience directly to the practice to allow this to be passed on to the staff. The Practice Manager can give you with details of how to provide this feedback to them, as per their Complaints and Feedback Policy.
