"Terrible Clinic"

I have attended this clinic a few times for a suspected infection that I caught abroad. This has led to unbearable ongoing Pelvic Inflammatory Disease symptoms. Today I saw the clinician to ask if I could have a bacterial culture as per the Nice and Bash guidelines for suspected infection after failed naat swabs. I was told a flat no. Not only that, the clinician became very angry with me, didn't even offer to do a check for Pelvic Inflammatory Disease by feeling my stomach or pelvis and told me I had to go to a private clinic. Zero care whatsover. I am ashamed to say this is the level of care we receive as women in the UK on the nhs and at uclh. I will never return to this clinic and I highly recommend others to avoid.
