(as the patient),

Recently had to have urgent gallbladder surgery. 5c looked after me so well, as did 4A after my op. A&E were amazing. Ambulatory took good care of me. Followed me up right through the whole process. What a credit to NHS they all are!

Thank you very much for your lovely email noting your experience following your urgent surgery.

I am delighted to hear you have received such good care from the staff in Wards 5C, and 4A, as well as the staff in the Emergency and Amulatory Care Departments

It is always a pleasure to receive such comments and to know that the staff at NHS Highland are appreciated both for their hard work and for their attitude towards patients.

I have passed on your comments and asked that managers share with all the staff involved in your care.

We aim to provide a high standard of care and treatment to the community we serve, and I trust that should you have need of our services in the future your experience will be just as positive.
