(as the patient),

I’m really happy with all care and kindness I’ve received in A&E Glasgow royal infirmary hospital.

One evening I met 3 amazing NHS workers who looked after me best way they could. My great and warm thank you to Anita who was taking my blood and doing my ECG, she made me laugh and calmed me down. And to Julia and Nancy who looked after me. Girls you’re really angels, thank you so much for everything, especially your care and warmth.

I was delighted to hear the care and treatment you have received from our staff has been to a high standard and you have felt well cared for.

It was great to hear how the staff took the time to make you feel welcomed into the department and showed compassion and empathy throughout your stay.
