"Outstanding care at every turn"

Here is a message I sent the practice when I left:

I have recently moved away from London to Glasgow, and registered with a new GP. I just wanted to send an email to say that in my time as a patient at this surgery, I received excellent care at every turn. I thought it might be nice to send an email saying as much in a time that is so difficult for the NHS in general but particularly on GP practices.

The reception staff have always been discreet and so helpful. I've found getting an appointment fairly easy with the system that you have in place.

The nursing staff and GPs have always been clear and direct with me, giving honest advice and direction in a way that is respectful and caring at the same time. I've had help with simple things, and issues that were more complex, and I have felt compassion from your staff at every turn.

It's a particular jewel in the crown of this surgery that you have a physiotherapist and a Physician's assistant, both of whom gave me excellent care at different times for different issues.

I hope my new GP surgery is as good.
