I’ve needed to visit the Western General Hospital on multiple occasions recently with my mother who has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. She had mobility challenges and uses a stick to walk and has a blue disabled badge.
I’ve needed on a couple of occasions to ask for directions or advice on disabled parking. The parking attendants at the WGH whom I have asked have been, without exception, courteous and beyond helpful.
They are the first staff at the hospital who we have contact with on any given day and leave a strong positive impression. It made our visit, which was emotionally challenging, so much easier. Please thank them for us.
