"Removing a piece of skin in my mouth"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

(as the patient),

First of all I was put at ease by the team of Alex, Dianne and Frankee and made ready for the minor operation. The area in my mouth had a local aesthetic and when it was numb the piece of skin in my gum was cut off and then sealed it was over in no time - very professionally done.

After the operation they ran through what I might expect in the next 24 to 48hours, all my queries were expertly and succinctly answered. I was probably only there for 30 minutes.
