"At last! "

I have Multiple Sclerosis so I experience a range of issues with my eyes. My last few visits to Opticians resulted in new glasses, new lenses or both. Sometimes these helped a bit, sometimes I couldn't notice a difference and sometimes, things got worse. Then, despite assurances that they knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it (with varifocals), nothing helped. I've moved about the country so these experiences weren't all local.

In my first appointment with the ophthalmology team, I had barely sat down when I was told what the issue was and how to help myself. Everything was then fully explained clearly and succinctly. I was given all of the information to come away and recognise the problem and know what to do about it and I am back to being free of glasses. After that each appointment was fun and saw improvements.

Simply put, I'm very grateful to the team.
