"They put me at ease"

About: Radiology / Interventional Radiology

(as the patient),

The team had to replace a temporary line I had for dialysis for a permanent one.

From the minute I met the team I was told what was to happen to me and not to  worry. They put me at ease and I tried not to think what they were doing to me.

The staff spoke to me all the time and I relaxed as much as possible. I felt no pain during the procedure and even after. So definitely nothing to worry about. Hope everyone's goes a well as mine did.

Hi Cabinet Maker

My name is Shona Beattie I am the Charge Nurse for Radiology

Thank you for taking the time to post on Care Opinion following your recent procedure in Interventional Radiology at the Victoria Hospital. It is reassuring to know that the staff speaking to you helped keep your mind off the procedure and made this visit easier for you.

We hope to make all our patients feel at ease. It is good to know we are getting it right.

I hope you have made a speedy recovery and are feeling well.
