About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

I cannot thank all the Staff at the day surgery unit at the New Victoria they were excellent from start to finish. 

I was treated with respect and dignity from start to finish especially as I have an underlying illness that I keep very private but the nurse and doctor were excellent. 

I used to work in the NHS and this reminded me of what the NHS was truly like and set up for all those years ago. 

To the ward sister who looked after thank you for your excellent care towards me and the same to all the surgical team.

I was delighted to hear the care and treatment you received from our staff was to a high standard and you felt cared for.

It was great to hear how the staff took the time to make you feel comfortable and at ease before and after your procedure. This must have been a massive relief to you.

I will be happy to pass on your thanks to the team who I'm sure will be touched to hear you had such a positive experience while under their care.
