"They were very caring and professional"

I recently had a biopsy procedure at Barnstaple Hospital. I cannot thank the 2 doctors and the two nurses who attended the procedure enough. They were very caring and professional.

They put me at ease straight away and continued to do so for the duration.

They answered any questions I had and even explained what the equipment did. This helped me to reduce my stress level which although I didn’t think was high, certainly my blood pressure showed otherwise.

Two minutes of calm on the couch reduced that considerably along with some pleasant conversation about our lives, which then continued through the procedure. I cannot thank those people enough. Well done!
