The nurses and consultants were brilliant, so reassuring and clear about the procedure. From setting up the appointment, to the initial discussion with Kelsey and then the procedure with Mary, Scott and Julian, I knew I was in safe hands. Thank you guys for your clear explanations and reassuring words during the procedure.
