I had fallen about 6 months ago and hurt my arm. This turned into a painful shoulder and upper arm. I could hardly lift it. 

I asked my GP if there was a long waiting list for physiotherapy. I got an appointment within a week to my delight.

Adam was extremely helpful, had a plastic model to demonstrate the shoulder joint, and showed me what exercise to do. This has improved my pain considerably and I will continue to follow his advice.

I had no idea there was physio available.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your healthcare experience. I am so sorry to hear you had a fall which resulted in a sore arm/shoulder which I'm sure would have been very painful for you and no doubt would have impacted on your every day activities.

Many of our GP Practices now have access to a MSK Physiotherapist who can treat patients within their own GP practice and excellent to hear that you managed to get an appointment with Adam so quickly. I'm so pleased your symptoms have improved and are now in less pain.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and I would be delighted to pass your comments on to Adam and the practice.

Once again thank you for providing feedback and I wish you a speedy continued recovery.
