(as a service user),

Went to my GP for annul check up and have since been diagnosed with mild COPD Basal Cell carcinoma and Prostrate cancer the NHS have been fantastic with e mails phone calls and letter appointments with everything running to scheduled I am currently due to start my radiotherapy having had my hormone treatment started some 3 months ago
