About: Barnstaple Health Centre / Barnstaple Sexual Health

(as a service user),

I called today with concerns over spotting after having the coil fitted. Heather was really knowledgeable and reassured me that this may be due to a settling period. She offered an STI test to rule this out before booking a follow up appointment about the coil. She got me an appointment the same day to reassure my mind. Upon arriving she made me feel really comfortable and at ease.

The service, help and support I received today was outstanding and I feel really lucky to be able to access this service. Thank you.
