"First Impressions Poor"

This was my first initial assessment, and the final appointment on a Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, although there was some good advice, and the physio was very knowledgeable, I have to say that it felt like I was definitely receiving the "non private" consultation. The experience felt very rushed, not particularly friendly, and instructions for exercises, and corrections when I got it wrong, were not entirely clear. Previous physios have demonstrated clearly, taken time to explain where and why I was going wrong, and not made me feel like I was being told off for failing to overcome muscle memory at the very first attempts. In summary, I left disappointed, feeling like the last Friday car off the line, but with the basis of some good exercises (albeit hurriedly scribbled down for me for deciphering later). I will be paying for a private consultation elsewhere unfortunately.
