About: Newham Community Health Services / Cardiac Rehabilitation

(as a relative),

Had a surgery at Bart’s hospital, discharged safely home and was referred to Newham cardiac rehab service. Was seen by Chica and Abi in the secondary prevention clinic.

Assessment was lovely and the nurses and physio were very nice and thorough and helped us at every step.

Thank you for sharing your story and the positive outcome whilst in attendance in the clinic with us

it must have been quite daunting to know your dad had a heart attack that resulted in bypass surgery. it means a lot to us to know you felt helped at every step.I am glad he is now on the cardiac rehabilitation journey to recovery with our service and we wish him speedy recovery.
