"Fantastic Team!"

I was admitted to Ipswich Hospital Cardiac ward on Tuesday night having experienced distressing symptoms of bradycardia. The whole team there are absolutely amazing, nothing is too much trouble and in trying circumstances everyone was unfailingly polite and helpful. The lead consultant was so kind and reassuring and spent time every day listening to people's concerns and acting upon them. The nurses were top notch and cared around the clock. The food was actually really good and the catering staff visiting you is definitely a highlight of the day. The pacemaker team is also superbly efficient and friendly, putting everyone at ease.

I was discharged today but didn't want to take up anyone's valuable time so instead I will say here thank you for being so outstanding...from the bottom of my heart (now working again thanks to you!)
