"I can’t thank them enough"

(as a service user),

Most of our family have been unwell post Christmas break with viral and chest complaints and have used NHS24 on numerous occasions. I can’t thank them enough how prompt they were are getting us the right help quickly. They listened and acted resulting in quick medical intervention. How I wish more people called them first during out of hours instead of turning up at A&E!

Thanks for posting on Care Opinion. I'm sorry learn you, and your family members, have been unwell. This time of year can be a challenge with winter viruses and respiratory issues. I hope you are all on the mend very soon.
