(as a carer),

I recently escorted my 81yo Mum to A&E at University Hospital Wishaw due to a collapse episode. Can't fault the service she received in any way. From reception staff to trained nurses, nursing assistants, doctor, porters, Xray-staff, cleaners, everyone was on point and giving their absolute best. You people are wonderful, special thanks to the doctor (D.R.), he was kind, caring and reassuring on top of his obvious professional skills and knowledge. My Mum is so precious and loved by us, and you all treated her with compassion and expertise, exactly right, we can't thank you enough.
