"Oesophago-Gastro Duodenoscopy"

I was called and offered a  cancellation appointment for an endoscooy and the person who called me was very helpful and polite. I attended the appointment and was feeling a little apprehensive as I've had the procedure before, but all staff were so down to earth, accommodating and friendly which made me feel completely at ease. The procedure was quick and went very well. I experienced a high level of care from entering the unit to being discharged. The staff were attentive and  nurturing despite having a busy schedule. They demonstrated a patient centred approach and treated me with dignity and respect. I don't think I will feel as nervous if I have another endoscooy in the future. Thank you so much to all staff in the endoscooy unit! :)
