"Dermatology consultation at Stirling Community Hospital"

I had an initial appointment with Brenda (dermatology specialist) about an irritating skin condition, brought on by anxiety over my cancer condition.  I had previously been prescribed medication at my GP practise which hadn't helped, and may have made things a little worse.  The care, attention and professionalism I experienced with Brenda made me feel so much better about things and I am confident that the treatments she has now prescribed will be beneficial.  The whole experience was very positive (including how Kenny on the reception desk dealt with me and other patients.  Very pleasant, courteous and efficient).  A great example of the NHS we all like to enjoy.
