"The service she received was first class"

My Mother recently attended the Wishaw Day Surgery Unit.  From the moment she entered the unit, until she was discharged mid-afternoon, the service she received was first class. She said every member of staff she encountered within the unit was courteous and pleasant.  All of them had smiles on their faces and displayed empathy towards her.  My Mum suffers from anxiety, particularly in this sort of environment, but she felt at ease and didn't feel she was a burden to anyone.  One week down the line, she's still talking about the staff in this unit.  A huge well done to all involved in my Mum's care.
