"Northampton - Paddington Paediatric Ward"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / Paediatrics

(as the patient),

I was worried about my 10 week old baby who had feeding difficulties, and later found out also had mild dehydration. The NOMAD out of hours doctor referred us to the Paddington ward where the nursing staf were outstanding.

Praise to go to all nursing staff. I felt they were particularly senstive and caring to the way we have chosen to bring up our daughter. The nurses were wonderful.

The only issue I had was with the SHO's who seemed to take nine attempts to draw blood from my daughterm, they were a bit "gun-ho" as it were. Until the staff nurse stepped in Nurse Gemma D on Paddington Ward. Thankyou
