"Put at ease for prostate check up"

Went to Barnstaple hospital from a referral by my doctor to investigate abnormality with my prostate and also check urine flow.

The location of the medical department was very easy to get to, as are all of the departments at the hospital.

I did not have to wait long to be seen and in fact the preliminaries were dealt with before my allotted appointment start time. All the nurses and the consultant were very friendly and put me at my ease. The reason for all the questions being asked of me were fully explained and all the steps to the consultation were easily understood.

Therefore, I very satisfactory appointment and it filled me with confidence for any further occasions.
