"Feedback for Five Senses Excercise"

About: Adult Mental Health Community / Broxtowe & Hucknall Local Mental Health Team (LMHT)

(as a service user),

I was given the Five Senses Exercise, to do to help me with anxiety and worry, about my medical conditions, I have found this a very useful tool., and it has helped me a lot and has been a good distraction for me when I have needed it. My support Worker has also started using it in a Relaxation Group that he facilitates at Middle Street Resource Centre in Beeston. Group members have also said they have found it very beneficial and useful, it has been well received. We felt it was important to pass this positive feedback on. Very Best Wishes.
