do not refer patients to other services, had happened to me multiple times.

sent a text message may 23 which I responded y for yes. no referral was ever made, I subsequently self-reffered myself.

however, I had to get test results from the surgery to do my self-referral. somewhat of a coincidence the surgery suddenly refers me the same day I requested test results and already did my referral. seven plus months the surgery had to refer me but didn't. coming on the back of my emails to this other organisation and my call to eaton wood for my test results. suddenly they refer me later the same day, hilarious.

not the first occasion they have failed to refer me to other services. despite a consultant previously requesting they refer me back to his clinic. never happened as according to the surgery they couldn't see the consultants electronic communication on their system.

again in late 2023 another referral was not made, this is 3 times in about 2/3 years.

other issues with this surgery which they do not address, they really do not care in my personal experience.

You could be having a stroke and the reception staff will say ring back tomorrow morning at 8am.

no matter how distressed you are and experiencing awful symptoms they do not care
