About: Cleadon Park Primary Care Centre

I can't cut my toenails & I go every 12 weeks. I have heard nothing so I rang them & asked about my appointment. They said I should have been seen at the start of Nov. Its now Jan. that's 20 weeks. I have problems getting my shoes on & I am in pain. I find it hard to walk. I am 75% blind have a heart condition asthma type 2 diabetes. People3 can't beleive I have had to weight so long
