After 24hrs in Ward 4 at PRI, I was transferred to Ward 7. The staff were welcoming, pleasant and professional in their approach to their work. All procedures were carried out in a caring manner and I was impressed with their helpful and friendly approach.
Although all staff I encountered deserve praise for their approach and work, of the nurses and doctors on duty at the time, Mel and Connor deserve mention for their communication with me to make me feel at ease and working to help me achieve an early discharge.
The porter Keith also deserves mention for his friendly and caring manner which shows through in his work.
