My daughter broke her leg and the level of care and attention given to her was excellent despite the incredibly long waiting times

I am sorry to hear that your daughter broke her leg! This must have been such a frightening time for both of you and I am glad our friendly and caring staff were able to reassure you both. I am also sorry to hear of the lengthy wait you had.
