I wanted to provide some feedback on my recent experience with Dr Bulkeley at Park Road practice in Rosyth.

It takes a special kind of person to be able to build such a brilliant rapport with a patient via telephone- having never met them- and even more so when they are mentally going through a really difficult time.

I can not thank Dr Bulkeley enough for his kindness, compassion, and patience at a time when I felt at my lowest. Particularly when I phoned to ask a query unrelated to my mental health- he still used this as an opportunity to check in and ensure I was ok, and ensure I was aware I could still reach out for support.

To make patients feel both seen and heard is a great skill, and I will be forever grateful for the role he played in dragging me through the latter end of 2023.

I am sure Dr Bulkeley will be delighted with your feedback and knowing that they have helped you during a difficult time. I agree it can be very difficult to build a rapport with someone over the telephone, but I am glad that Dr Bulkeley has managed to do this so well. Its important that we feel listened to and to know that someone cares. It sounds as though you have had a challenging year and I hope you are feeling better and looking forward to 2024.
