Dear anonymous

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback relating to a family members experience.

I am really sorry that the maternity ward had ran out of milk and the lack of communication about this.

I have shared your feedback with the Matron for Maternity, who will look into this with the Maternity ward.

If your family member would like to speak to the Matron about this please ask them to contact the Patient Advice & Liaison Service who can arrange this - email: PALS@ncic.nhs.uk or phone: 01946 523 818.

Once again please accept my apologies.

Take care

Sylvia
