About: Lerwick Health Centre

(as a service user),

I phone Lerwick Health Centre at 12:10, answer machine stated we are closed for lunch till 2pm. I'm not sure why a lunch break needs to be for 2 hours. As I have feedback before, accessibility to the Lerwick Health Centre is very poor, especially for people who work Monday to Friday 9-5, I try to make these phone calls in my lunch break but the centre is almost always closed for either lunch or training.

Hello, I was attempting to seek advice from a GP or ANP but that is the voice mail that is set to all calls into the health centre as far as I can tell. Thank you.
