(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The team attend my home on two occasions each one was of high standard.  Lots of happy smiles from team members at all times. I cant praise them enough.  Thank you from all the family.

I see you have had the team treat you on two occasion and I am delighted that on both occasions we were able to be treated you in your own home.

The staff are happy delivering care in the home environment and I truly believe this is the reason you see so many happy smiling faces.
