About: Tooting Bec Surgery

I have recently come with a relative. I am not a patient here but a carer. We attended unfortunately with a list of things I wanted to talk about (my own fault, including hospital matters) and did not at all expect the level of time and explanation afforded to us. My relative has always spoken highly of this surgery and their friends, and it was my first visit. The nurse first saw us (who was extremley kind and new so much about my relative which was remarkable and so nice) and then the GP attended - together they involved us is so much with clear explanations, results and print outs and it was like a friendly professional talk, so welcoming and relaxed. We had made them over-run by about 40mins and I apologised to the next person who was fine - but the level of patience with us was lovely to see first hand. P.s. I agree with someone else about the closing of Trinity Medical and recent nhs strikes, the area has been desperate of late since last summer, and values what professionals remains bearing the brunt of it all. Again, thanks for medical attention.
