"Help from my care coordinator"

About: East London Community Forensic Service (ELCFS)

(as a service user),

Nooreza accompanied me to the hospital for physical health - she supported to get up at 07:00am and for us to be at the hospital as early as possible. She stayed with me during all the procedures as she is aware that otherwise i will just leave and will not be able to tolerate the noise in the hospital and will end up leaving without getting the treatment I needed.

Noo was patience with me as I found the hospital setting disturbing and  how this affected my mental health. I was in hospital from early morning and left at 5pm - she been amazing in my recovery journey and I am so grateful she is back to work and supported me in this process.

Thank you for your kind message to Nooreza

It is really appreciated to know you feel supported by her throughout what I imagine was a difficult and challenging period for you.

Your message has been shared with her and other relevant team members

Kind Regards
