Many thanks for taking the time to comment on your experience of your visit to our clinic.

We fully understand your frustration at the lack of onsite parking at Bishton Court and appreciate that access has been made more difficult by the surrounding building work.

Unfortunately, the service is not free to choose the premises of their service as this is under the control of the local authority. We have received many similar concerns regarding parking, which we have passed on, but this issue is not able to be addressed currently.

You have also raised an issue about contacting us by telephone. Our service has recently moved to a single point of access telephone line, which has eased the waiting times for callers on many occasions. However, the telephone service was recently affected by high sickness levels, resulting in a delay in answering calls.

For this we are deeply sorry and offer our sincere apologies. It is our intention that your journey throughout our service is as streamlined as possible, and it is hoped that this issue is now resolved.
