A new structure has been successfully managed and Roddy is now operating the Botox clinic. 

The handover for patients has been seamless.

Professional patient-centred care has been maintained at the highest level.

What does this clinic mean? It means I have the assurance that I can have Botox when I need it - this gives confidence and greatly improves my quality of life at work and out of work.

When I heard in 2023 that the ‘diary‘ wasn’t open at one stage for appointments, it caused anxiety until I knew I could get an appointment. It seems a very innovative practice that is a centre of excellence.

I would like to think Fifers can receive this treatment at QMH on a permanent basis.
