"An upbeat and helpful atmosphere"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I was referred to Dermatology by my GP and received a really prompt appointment for what was going to be, I thought, a quick check-up. When I got there, I immediately noticed an upbeat and helpful atmosphere.

I was initially examined by Dr. Mary(?) Who also brought in a couple of colleagues for a second opinion.

When it was deduced that I had a Rodent Ulcer, I was referred to Eleanor. The ulcer was photographed and then skilfully removed. Both Eleanor and the assistant Nurse were very pleasant and chatty while being efficient.

It was great to have all this done in one visit. Another rodent ulcer was also noted and future procedures discussed. Thank you to the team for all they do.

Dear Patrick726

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your experience with Dermatology. I was glad to read that you found the staff helpful and that the atmosphere was welcoming.

I was glad to see that you were able to get the procedure carried out while you were at your appointment. I hope that your wound is healing well.

I will pass your comments on to the team at the RAH
