I received self directed support at my home/PA's/My Choice Local.
While I was sorting out my SDS budget, my night staff left which left me with only day staff.
My Choice Local stepped in and helped me find temporary staff as social services didn't offer any help. I need 1-1 support 24-7 to keep me safe.
