"I feel its important to have someone welcoming in the foyer"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Aldershot

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I feel its important to have someone welcoming in the foyer as service users come in, when staff are busy at the front desk it can feel a little daunting. Hopefully with the development of the open access area and having a few volunteers around in reception on a more regular basis will address this issue.

I want to stress this is not a criticism, merely an observation. I understand the pressure staff are under and am simply raising this from personal experience and how it could feel from a service user perspective.
