(as a service user),

I was required to attend the Emergency Department recently.  Despite the department being so busy, I received outstanding care from the consultant and senior nurse on duty.  I am already feeling so much better, thanks to them.  I really appreciated their time, expertise and care - they are both a real asset to your department and NHS Fife, and I am so lucky they were on duty to help me.  Wishing all the team a fantastic 2024 - what a brilliant team.
