"Waiting for rapid response"

I was put on an antibiotic for a bad chest infection. I had some bad side effects which I rang doctors about. This antibiotic caused me to have black faeces , dark yellow urine, Guidyness loss of appetite and not feeling at all good.

I spoke to a clinician who then spoke to my GP. Clinician rang me back and said I need blood tests done and some medication in case there was blood in my faeces. They told me rapid response would come to me that day to do the necessary.

This was at 1pm. I rang doctors about just before 5. I didn't find the person I spoke to very helpful at all. I asked if they could speak to clinician tomorrow as rapid response never came. Their answer was they've sent email and there’s nothing else to be done!!!! As you can imagine I am very upset about this!
